This is generally considered the best time to visit Lake Manyara National Park. The weather is dry and cool, making it pleasant for both wildlife viewing and outdoor activities. During this time, animals are drawn to water sources, making them easier to spot. The foliage is also less dense, providing better visibility.

Wet Season (November to May)

The wet season is characterized by rains, especially in the months of March and April. While the landscapes become lush and green, wildlife viewing can be more challenging due to the thicker vegetation. Some roads might also become muddy and impassable.
